How do I qualify for a tier?

Each tier has specific entry requirements based on your spending with us. Please refer to the schedule above for details. Your loyalty year resets every 12 months. Depending on your spending thresholds, you may maintain your current tier, be upgraded, or move down a tier.

How do I manage my Ropa Rewards account?

View and manage your membership status by signing into your account here. Stay subscribed to our email notifications to ensure you do not miss out on your benefits.

How do I advance my tier status?

For New Members

Meet a tier’s spending threshold to automatically qualify. Enrollment occurs within 45 business days of your qualifying purchase, confirmed by email.

For Current Members 

Your tier status is valid for 12 months. During this period, you may be upgraded but won’t be downgraded. At the end of your membership year, your status is reassessed based on annual spend. You’ll then either maintain your current tier, be upgraded, or move to a lower tier.
